This project involves the renovation and redesign of a real estate agency in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. We undertook an ambitious renovation project for an agency located on the market square in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
The goal of this transformation is to rethink the overall atmosphere of the space in order to provide an optimal customer experience and better meet their expectations. The project aimed to redefine the workspaces so that they are modern, welcoming, and functional.
From the ground floor—dedicated to the reception area and offices—to the upper floor with its redesigned meeting room, every detail was carefully considered to create visual harmony and a professional atmosphere. On the ground floor, we designed a warm space featuring a lounge area, open and well-lit offices, and contemporary decor that inspires confidence and a sense of well-being. Upstairs, the meeting room has been transformed into a space conducive to discussion and decision-making. The entire office was designed with a cohesive approach: elegant materials, pops of color, and carefully curated lighting that create a fluid and pleasant atmosphere.
