This three-story house has been completely renovated, transforming each level into a functional and elegant space.
The basement, which is now livable, has been converted into a bedroom, a shower room, a living area with a kitchen, a laundry room, and a gym. Marble-effect tile from MDY was used, and a kitchen by Cuisines de Barbara was installed to create a modern and refined style.
On the ground floor, a chic American style prevails. The living room was completely redesigned by enlarging a French door and replacing all the window and door frames. Marble-effect tile similar to that in the basement was installed, and a custom bookcase from GEMAD now frames an ethanol fireplace. The kitchen, also from Cuisines de Barbara, is accessible via a widened passageway leading to the dining room. The staircase leading to the basement and the first floor was also renovated.
Upstairs, a Hungarian herringbone parquet floor from Décoplus adds elegance and warmth, while baseboards installed in the hallway reinforce the home’s historic character. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, with the marble-effect tile repeated to ensure aesthetic continuity.
