We completely renovated the facades and exterior areas of this former caretaker’s house, enhancing its authentic character.
Every detail was carefully crafted to preserve its period charm while adding a touch of chic and elegance, all while respecting its history.
We were fortunate to work on this lovely renovation project of a charming little house that served as an outbuilding to the main mansion.
The previous owners had left the 70m² space neglected. Restoring stone is one of the most beautiful crafts, and it was only after the joints were repointed and the roof repaired that the interior work could begin. Our clients wanted to leave as much of the stone exposed as possible to preserve the property’s charm. The ground floor features a living area with a small but very functional guest kitchen, and the upper floor houses a sleeping area with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.
It was a true joy to restore this historic place to its former glory…
A must-have pendant light, Guisset’s Vertigo has been a staple in many stylish interiors since its release in 2010.
