This apartment has been redesigned to maximize space. The staircase in the living room was moved, creating a large living area. The former master bedroom was converted into a suite with a shower room and walk-in closet, accessible via a hallway with storage space leading to the staircase.
Upstairs, the stairwell was enclosed, and a spacious bedroom with a view was created. The second bedroom was modified to include a new staircase leading to a mezzanine with a suspended play area. A laundry area was added, and a multipurpose room was created to serve as an office or guest room.
