The Michelin-starred restaurant Faham, named after Réunion Island’s iconic orchid, entrusted us with the renovation of its private dining room.
The goal was to create an intimate and secluded space where guests could enjoy gourmet meals in complete tranquility. The main challenge of this project was to separate this private dining room from the access to the wine cellar and the utility room, while maintaining an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. We rose to this challenge by designing discreet architectural solutions that optimize the space while respecting guests’ privacy.
The result is a sophisticated and functional private dining room, perfectly tailored to guests’ expectations, offering an exceptional setting for unforgettable dining experiences.
