The renovation project for this four-story townhouse aimed to combine elegance and functionality. The entrance was designed to make a striking impression, and the common areas were conceived to be airy and welcoming. The Haussmannian style was emphasized in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with the addition of moldings, materials such as wood and marble, and touches of modern furniture to contrast with the classical architecture.
The private living area was divided into three distinct zones, separated by arches and different colors, thereby creating contrast and a modern feel. The bedrooms also followed this style, with specific colors for each room, while retaining moldings and baseboards to add character.
The bathrooms blend Haussmann-style elements such as freestanding marble bathtubs, wood paneling, and contrasting brass or black fixtures. Natural materials were used to echo the outdoors, which is visible through the windows in all the bathrooms. Finally, the attic was converted into a warm and inviting living room.
We have developed an architectural design that combines precise drawings with 3D modeling to achieve a contemporary classical style.
Every detail has been carefully considered to blend the timeless elegance of classical architecture with modern touches, featuring harmonious proportions and refined finishes, creating a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
