We carried out the complete renovation and interior design of this studio apartment, which is intended for rental through JOLY.
The centerpiece of the project was the 20.5 m² terrace, which was optimized to provide a pleasant and functional outdoor space. The main challenge of this renovation was to maximize the use of the available space.
With high ceilings and no fewer than three windows in the living area, we were able to make the most of every square meter to create a studio that is both spacious and well-laid-out. Every element was designed to offer comfort and practicality, while taking full advantage of the natural light provided by the windows.
The result is a functional, modern, and bright studio, perfectly suited for rental.
We have designed an outdoor space as spacious as the interior, intended to elegantly and practically extend the living areas.
This project also includes a large studio that is fully furnished and optimized for rental, offering comfort and functionality in a harmonious setting.
