The house, spread over three floors, underwent a complete renovation to optimize the spaces while preserving its character. On the ground floor, the living room’s hardwood floors were sanded to restore their original luster, the walls were refreshed with new coats of paint, and modern lighting was installed to create a warm and functional atmosphere. A custom-built bookshelf was designed to span an entire wall, providing both storage and a decorative touch. A walk-in closet was built at the entrance to the house to maximize storage space, allowing coats, shoes, and other personal belongings to be stored in an organized manner. The kitchen, meanwhile, was modernized with a fresh coat of paint, making the space brighter and more welcoming.
Upstairs, the master bathroom was completely renovated with the addition of a walk-through area between the bedroom and the bathroom, allowing for the installation of two custom walk-in closets on either side of this passageway, thereby optimizing the space. The bathroom was equipped with a shower and a bathtub installed in the same space, offering both comfort and convenience.
The second-floor shower room was renovated while retaining its original layout to preserve the functional design of this space. For the first-floor shower room, only the fixtures were updated, while the existing bathtub was kept. Finally, custom walk-in closets were installed in the master bathroom as well as in one of the children’s bedrooms, providing optimized storage while blending harmoniously with the rest of the house.
