Leclerc Project in Chatou

We transformed this recently built home into a warm and characterful living space, infusing it with color to give it a true sense of character.

The attic spaces were carefully optimized, blending functionality and aesthetics to create a harmonious and unique interior.

This recently purchased home in Chatou was in good condition but required some remodeling to suit the owners’ needs, particularly the creation of a separate suite on the garden level.

On the upper floor, the master suite was designed like a hotel suite, complete with a private bathtub. The sloped ceiling was utilized to add charm and maximize storage space in the walk-in closet. The landing was transformed into a library, a relaxing space that takes advantage of the natural light provided by the Velux skylights.

On the ground floor, a wine cellar was discreetly integrated into the wall, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen. A bookshelf was added to harmonize with the overall design. A large wall was painted green to extend the sense of openness toward the outdoors.

Outside, a summer lounge has been set up at the far end of the property. The artificial turf has been replaced with natural grass, and planters have been placed along the shared wall to accommodate flowers and shrubs.

A custom walk-in closet under a sloped ceiling helps optimize space. Designed to adapt perfectly to architectural constraints, it maximizes storage while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

The sliding doors—discreet and smooth-operating—add an elegant, modern touch while optimizing accessibility.

Every detail, from the choice of materials to the finish, reflects a design crafted to blend practicality and sophistication.
